Santokh Singh
Santokh qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and following spells with a mid- to large regional practice and with a large City firm, he joined GCA as a partner in March 2007. He has often been described as an approachable practical ‘can-do’ lawyer, who works with his clients to ensure the client’s aspirations are achieved.
Santokh specialises primarily in commercial property work (landlord and tenant; site acquisition; plot sales; portfolio management; and business transactions) and also undertakes residential conveyancing; employment; company commercial and probate work.
He acts for clients ranging from property developers, housing associations, landlord investors, charities and individuals. He is able to understand and effectively act upon client expectations in a timely and professional manner and is ably assisted by his experienced secretary.
Santokh is also a qualified Notary able to notarise documents for use abroad. In his spare time, Santokh likes to put something back into the community and serves as a school governor and a non-executive director of a local housing association, in addition to building strong community relations.
